A writer, suffering post puppy depression, is convinced she is an absolute failure both professionally and as a new pet owner. Yet, miracles can come in furry packages, as she finds renewed faith in a toilet challenged muse.

Having worked as a professional actress for network TV, I always admired how a director guided a performance. Yet, I never attempted to direct. It wasn't until after I had my babies, that I started writing at my dad's urging. Being he's a Writers Guild, award winning writer for his Robert Altman classic gambling film, 'California Split', I delved right in. Still working on a book, while writing blogs and a pilot here and there, I wrote this short with the intention of directing. So, I did. Schithead & The Believer is a reminder to myself, and to all the struggling artists out there, to never stop believing.Credits
