FEAR IN MOTION is an experimental short film (5’30 ’’) of a singular choreography between a photographer and a dancer which illuminates some 2541 animated “freeze on photographs”. Captured by Jean-Christophe Yacono (yako) during the rehearsals of FEAR AND GREED by Frédérick Gravel at Usine C, the film will be presented as a world premiere during the 38th edition of the Montreal International Film Festival on Art (FIFA 2020 )).

Jean-Christophe Yacono is interested in new forms of digital writing for screens, installations and public spaces.

It is through photography and interactive "new realities" that he questions gesture, body, point of view, light and movement. Since 1995, he has observed, incorporated, interfered in the available space and captured the movement.
