The true WWII drama of heroic Allied soldiers and Chinese laborers that endure a Japanese POW camp hidden in China by surviving forced marches and labor, biological experiments and inhumane torture. They suffer physical and psychological scars then once liberated are silenced by allied leaders yet retain their personal dignity and grace.
