Director Biography

Taz Lake is a writer, producer, filmmaker and technologist based in Atlanta, GA. As a technology author, he has published two books but started to craft spec screenplays in 2018.

As of 2019, he has two spec features and two spec shorts which have been selections or finalists in multiple film festival competitions including HollyShorts, DC Shorts, Richmond International, Georgia Shorts, Hollywood Just4Shorts, and more.

As the son of a career Marine, his exposure to many cultures throughout his life has allowed him to draw on numerous experiences for his characters and stories. This along with his educational background in science, art, and theology allows him to build interesting worlds that are also accessible to broad audiences.
